Unbalanced emotions are being trapped inside us that takes the course of stress, anxiety, jealousy etc ,
Since we forget to breathe during the time when our nervous system is confused ,
As a result, we unknowingly entrap our emotions within,
Which can turn a balanced human into an unbalanced being ,
The more the emotions are trapped within ,
The more unbalanced we become as a person ,
It takes a lot of time to release those entrapped emotions,
And the only way we can start to do that is ,
Inhaling the air as much as possible in one course of breadth and than release it ( like seeking harmony with smiles ) to feel at ease ,
Walking on the hill or seeking solace by the ocean will speed up the process of release,
Carry on this practice any time of the day, whenever we feel unbalanced from within
And it will realise the trapped emotions into rejuvenation.
