Raw diets

Raw diets are bad for health,

human bodies are not born to eat raw ,

their digestive systems are unable to process and absorb the uncooked food ,

in return the human body s defence mechanism starts the process of dying slowly ,

making the metabolism weak ,

even the fruits itself needs to be riped before consuming otherwise it causes harm ,

Immune system of humans are as sensitive as their nature ,

Their ability to thrive depends upon their sensitivity to absorb energy with ease and comfort ,

Food is the second form of energy after the air that provides the body to be able to react into self awareness towards growth ,

Vegetables , meat ( chicken , goat the only 2 animals safer for humans ) and fruits needs to be prepared in balance for the body to thrive , even honey and milk from cows needs to be heated before consuming , there is a reasoning as to why animals and humans have fair amount of natural space between each other in habitat,

Nothing can be undercooked and over cooked , this is our first teaching on how to struggle towards balance on daily basis ,

Listen to your body when it reacts upon raw diet , it will always signal in the manner discomfort to warn us for the incoming suffering brought upon us by our own choice,

The responsibility of what goes within , and what reflects upon oneself in the manner of sharing goes to every single human beings ,

The concept of sharing always begins with breathing and it never ends ,

Raw diet enroutes towards a path of self destruction, unless it is needed ( temporarily required ) in some rare circumstances to survive.
