The cause of anxiety is distance,

The more distant you are from your needs and necessities,

The more space is generated between your essence and your thought process,

Which ends up widening the gap between the two,

Hence the disorderly pattern takes place,

Try to reduce that gap or find something that becomes the agent to form a harmony between it,

That can be anything related in the form of relief,

From food to meditation,

Perhaps hiking to long drive into mountains,

Heart to heart conversation with a stranger,

Plunge into beach or sitting aside by the shore,

Writing can also help to pen down the stress level,

And if nothing helps than let the universe help you in the form of tears that forms through your essence, pouring down from your eyes,

Let them flow as much as possible,

You will allow the universe to help you move into another day,

As tears are the remedy of unconditional love,

Irrespective of what gender,

They are there whenever needed to seek balance from within, try not to run away from tears as without them, harmony itself would cease to exist,

Anxiety comes to help you move closer to your essence within, its struggling process generates a form of harmony so that we learn how to humble ourselves in times where we can get carried away by ego while climbing the ladder of back to back success in our lives.
